We have a strict exchange policy. We do not offer refunds — NO exceptions.
After an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, NO exceptions.

JERSEYS ARE THE ONLY ITEMS THAT CAN BE EXCHANGED (please read policy below)
You have 15 days from the purchase date to request an exchange. Once approved, we will email you a return label after a $15 shipping fee is paid. This fee covers both the return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item.
Once an item ships and is assigned a tracking number, GOLFEROS ANONIMOS is no longer liable. Any inquiries or delivery issues must be handled directly with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
Any item purchased on sale or at a discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.

All items are final sale, and refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition only if approved for a jersey exchange.

We do not offer store credit.
Exchanges are available ONLY for jerseys, provided all eligibility requirements are met.
No restocking fee applies to approved jersey exchanges.
A $15 shipping fee is required and covers:

Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
